Maple Spiced Pecans

Ingredients:

3 cups Pecan halves

1/8 tsp Nutmeg

1/2 cup Maple Syrup

3 tsp Cinnamon

Water

Directions:

Put pecans in bowl with enough water to cover them & soak overnight. After soaking, rinse well and towel blot dry.

Toss the pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg together.

Spread pecan mixture on a Paraflexx sheet

Dehydrate pecans at 40°C for 12 hours or until they are crisp in an Excalibur dehydrator

Store Maple Spiced Pecans in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 months

Enjoy as a snack or use in desserts or on your favorite salad.
