Ingredients:
1 bunch of Kale
Directions:
Wash kale thoroughly and cut out any thick ribs from the kale leaves
Dry and place kale in a single layer on your Excalibur Dehydrator tray
Dry at 51°C for 4-6 hours or until dry
Take your crispy kale leaves and pulse in your blender for 5-10 minutes, blend into a fine powder
Store in an air tight container.
