Dried Figs

Ingredients:

Figs (any variety)

Directions:

Wash figs well.

Remove their stems and cut the figs into quarters.

Spread figs out on your Excalibur trays with the skin-side facing down.

Dry at 57°C for 22-26 hours or until dry but still pliable.
