Dehydrated Corn

Ingredients:

3-4 Ears of Corn

Directions:

Remove husk and silk, then trim cob.

Pretreat corn by steaming it for 1 to 3 minutes.

Let corn cool to touch, then remove corn from the cob either by cutting or by using a corn stripper

Place kernels on your Excalibur® dehydrating trays

Dehydrate at 51°C for 8-12 hours or until dry. Stir corn frequently to facilitate drying.
