Ingredients:
2 bunches of Celery
Directions:
Wash celery thoroughly.
Cut celery ribs into 1/2cm half moon pieces.
Place celery on your Excalibur Dehydrator trays so that they are not touching.
Dehydrate at 51ºC for approximately 4-8 hours or until very dry.
Let dried celery cool completely.
Grind dried celery into a fine powder using a high speed blender or coffee grinder.
Store in an airtight container.
