Try this bright and flavorful berry powder recipe to kickstart a healthy 2022!
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Blueberries
2 Cups of Strawberries
2 Cups of Raspberries
2 Cups of Blackberries
1/3 Cup of Water
Directions:
Wash all berries well.
Boil blueberries for 15-30 seconds.
Pat blueberries dry.
Prep strawberries-cut stems and slice in half.
Prep blackberries and raspberries-cut in half.
Lay all berries on separate trays.
Dry at 57° C for 7-15 hours or until very dry and brittle.
Remove from dehydrator and cool completely.
Combine all berries into a high speed blender or coffee grinder until fine powder.
Use a fine mesh strainer and sift powder through it.
Run any remaining larger pieces through blender again.
Store powder in an airtight container.
