Dehydrate:4 hrs

Ingredients:

1 bunch of Celery

Directions:

Wash celery thoroughly.
Cut celery ribs into 0.6cm half moon pieces.
Place celery on your Excalibur Dehydrator trays so that they are not touching.
Dehydrate at 57ºC for approximately 4-8 hours or until very dry.
