Beet Powder

Prep: 15 mins
Dehydrate:8 hrs

Ingredients:

Beetroot

Directions:

Wash beets and trim off stems.
Slice beets into 1/2cm round slices. We recommend using a mandoline.
Place beet slices on Excalibur Dehydrator tray in a single layer.
Dehydrate at 51ºC  for 8-12 hours or until crisp.
Let cool completely.
Grind dried beets into a fine powder using a high speed blender or coffee grinder.
Store in an airtight container.
